Clinipace Worldwide launches DNA Recruitment Campaign
As the pharmaceutical and medical devices industries have grown, so has the need for their products to be comprehensively tested before they reach market. This has led to the rapid growth of clinical research companies.
This fast development has seen multiple mergers and takeovers characterising the industry,. Demand for qualified clinical trial professionals has grown in line with the industry – and in a competitive marketplace Clinipace were finding it a challenge to recruit. While the company could offer competitive salaries, they couldn’t outbid the opposition. They needed a new USP to attract key staff.

We were approached to create a short video that conveyed the benefits of working for Clinipace.
Together we decide to focus on the theme ‘opportunity’ and the chance for new recruits to not only make a real difference, but be recognised and rewarded for their contribution. In addition, Clinipace could genuinely offer a better work/life balance than some of their bigger rivals, giving new employees more autonomy about the way they worked.
Our 2D graphic video quickly and creatively delivered these key messages to the target audience in an engaging and informative style. It was also designed so it could be split up into smaller segments that could populate social media to deliver ‘micro’ messages.
